Yin and Reflexology
Mondays: 5:30-6:30 pm
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga which incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with different active and passive postures held for longer periods of time than in other styles of yoga. Reflexology is a type of massage that stimulates the body to promote balance, restoration and healing from the inside out. This offering combines the best of both in a floor-based sequence of upper and lower body stretches designed to be accessible and relaxing while utilizing self-administered reflexology practices to promote a deeper sense of wellbeing.
Lotus Seed Lifestyles group sessions are designed with the individual in mind and are capped at 15 people per session (through Zoom) and 6 participants in-studio to provide as much one-on-one attention as possible while offering the practice tips, movement recommendations and adjustments that are best for your body.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:00 – 6:30 pm
Join Lotus Seed Meditations and Lotus Seed Lifestyles Founder Renee (RJ) Lisander, as she guides you through custom, beginner-friendly meditations directing you from the rush of the day to the ease of the evening with 30-minute guided meditations. You will be given instruction on settling in to the practice, offered space to explore the practice and find increased focus, ease, sleep and overall wellness with each session.

Leave the worries of the day on the mat as you transition from work life to home life with this all-levels, Vinyasa-inspired flow carefully crafted to loosen the muscles and joints while releasing the trapped heat of daily stress. Floor-based, yin-inspired postures designed to compliment the work of the flow with longer-held, complete stretches promote flexibility, deep rest and renewal allowing you to leave the mat, focused on the joys of life off the mat.

Private Sessions and Private+
Available by Appointment
Connect with RJ for one-on-one sessions custom-designed with your unique needs, movement, and goals in mind. With years of experience in adaptive yoga, RJ is intuitive, observant and encouraging in her approach to guiding you along your yoga journey. Chairs, therapeutic props, visualizations, breath, mantra and meditation are all part of the options she will incorporate into your sessions, as appropriate.
 
Private+ sessions allow you to bring a friend (or two) to a session with you, at no extra charge. This will allow your practice with a friend, incorporating a bit of fun into your practice.
